a professional designation awarded by the Residential Sales Council, an
affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. It is the nationally
recognized symbol of residential sales excellence. Dwight received the
prestigious CRS designation in 1988. Just 4% of all REALTORS®
in the U.S. can call themselves Certified Residential Specialist. |

by the Real Estate Brokerage Managers Council, is a professional designation earned only
by real estate brokerage managers who are dedicated to pursuing a management education of
the highest order. Dwight received this prestigious designation in May of 1996. It is
